Overview
Bulli Greyhound Racing Club
Formerly greyhound racing in Bulli was operated by the South Coast GRC. These days, operations are overseen by the NSW Greyhound Breeders, Owners and Trainers Association (NSW GBOTA), headed by the very enthusiastic Manager, Darren Hull.
Darren came to Bulli, from Wagga, and since heading the South Coast team, the venue remains one of the most enjoyable tracks to visit in NSW. Holding a prime Saturday night, SKY 1 position most weeks, Bulli is a one turn track offering racing over five distances.
In recent years, puppy boxes have been added and an increased trial schedule to assist participants in the region with the education of their pups. Bulli continues to be selected by participants as the ideal starting ground given its spacious track and sweeping turns, making it a safe track.
Built on Showgrounds, the venue also hosts a range of non race day events including Sunday markets, the Annual Folk Festival (January) as well as many other events – and it is widely considered one of the Illawarra’s most multi-use venue.
With on site bar and catering facilities, why not get track side this coming Tuesday and be a part of the Bulli racing action.
